Carl Wheezer

Carl, full name Carlton Ulysses Wheezer, is one of Jimmy’s best friends. Carl is a neurotic, llama-loving hypochondriac whose scapula is often injured from minor mishaps. He sings and is not so secretly in love with Jimmy’s mom, Judy.

Carl is allergic to nearly everything, except when he’s hanging out with Jimmy. Carl’s dad was a bubble boy because of his even more severe allergies. Carl is a card-carrying member of the Llama Love Society and has blood type O negative.

Carl and Sheen are also best friends, but there is occasionally friction between them. Carl’s voice is played by Rob Paulsen. Paulsen also plays the voices of Carl’s parents.
